Bevendy

If Bevendy simplifies complexity, its experience should too
Visit Live SiteBevendy is a SaaS platform by Direct From Italy that helps beverage producers sell directly across international markets, handling the complexity of duties, documentation, shipping and order management. Before Bevendy, these capabilities lived under the parent company’s identity alongside other services, making the software difficult to recognise as a product of its own. The challenge was to bring different B2B and B2C capabilities together into a single product, and make something inherently complex feel simple to understand and use. I worked across the entire project, from brand identity and information architecture to copywriting, UX/UI, motion and development. Early conversations with stakeholders revealed an important insight: producers didn’t need to understand every technical process behind Bevendy. They needed to understand what it could change for their business. Instead of leading with duties, customs and documentation, we built the experience around a simpler proposition: sell directly abroad, while Bevendy handles the complexity behind it. That principle shaped both the brand and the digital experience. A familiar visual identity was evolved into a standalone SaaS brand, while the website progressively moves from value proposition and real-world use cases into individual product capabilities. Custom illustrations and motion turn technical features into visual explanations, making the product easier to grasp without overwhelming users with information. The result is a digital experience designed around the same promise as the product itself: making international beverage sales feel simple.

Structure before features
Bevendy brings together multiple B2B and B2C capabilities, but presenting everything at once would only reproduce the complexity the product is meant to remove. I built the experience around a progressive hierarchy, from value and trust to use cases and features, allowing users to understand why Bevendy matters before learning how it works.

Explain, don’t decorate
The software was still in development, so screenshots and product demos couldn’t fully explain how Bevendy worked. I turned this limitation into a visual language. Custom illustrations and motion translate features into immediate concepts, making animation part of the communication: not to attract attention, but to make the product easier to understand.
From complexity to clarity
Bevendy evolved from a collection of services into a standalone product with its own identity, language and digital experience. The result is a clearer way to understand and communicate a complex platform, that focuses less on what happens behind the scenes, and more on what Bevendy makes possible for its users.
